The company thinks it’s first and foremost duty and responsibility to try to make the stay in Tanzania, exciting and memorable with the confidential and reliable services. It arranges other many more tourist services such as Trekking in Mt.Kilimanjaro Trekking in Mt.Meru ,Hiking in Usambara Mountais ,  Expedition, Sight Seeing, Nature Safari  Tours, Mountain Flight, , Boating, , Hotel Reservation, Domestic flight Booking, Day Trips, Culture visiting (Maasai traditional communities)  as per the requests and needs of guests.

Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate is to orient guests to visit Tanzania and require information about Tanzania and its people as it is full of various things to see and know about being very small in size, it aims:
i) To encourage foreigners to visit Tanzania and know about various aspects of Tanzania and its people through various median as well as direct person to person contact.
ii) To provide various tourists facilities in accordance to the choices and needs of guests.
iii) To provide various tourist in Tanzania in opening job opportunities by providing unique, confidential and reliable services to the guests that visit Tanzania with the purpose to make the stay at their exciting and memorable thereby uplifting national economy; and
iv) To conduct Quality Hotel Services, Trekking, Tours, Safaris  and other tourist activities without letting cause bio-degradation in promoting eco-tourism.

Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate  is a company solely established in order to promote tourism in Tanzania,  it aims to provided various aspects of tourist programmers’ like Trekking , entertaining tours, adventurous programmers’, educational tours, it also arranges programmers’ like: Day trips, sight-seeing, mountaineering expedition, domestic and international air ticketing, hotel reservation, Zanzibar Beach Holidays, mountain flight, hiking and biking tours and special programs like visiting disabled children centers.

4. Staff:

Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate is equipped with highly qualified and well experienced staff in bearing the potentiality to provide confidential and reliable services to the guest that visit Tanzania with the emporiums desire to experience, who consider for guests satisfaction to their ultimate desire. Likewise, language in considered to be one of the obstacles of  travelling, however, the guest that come in behalf of Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate  don’t have to worry for since the companies are equipped with the numbers of hotel staffs, safari and Trekking guides that speak more than a dozen of foreign languages, the company does have the tour and Trekking guides speaking-English, Russian German, Italian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese Languages, that the companies bears the strength to provide homely and friendly hospitality.

5. Insurance:

Foreign guest are subjected to bear all the responsibilities of insurance on their own while participating in any of the programmed in Tanzania through this companies, however, the companies will remain ready to provide necessary existences  there arises problems.Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate always thinks about our working staff and the guides and porters to have premium insurance during their time with companies for the aim of insuring good working condition to our staffs.

6. Responsibility

All the services will be conducted as per the agreement that are signed by the guest and the companies management, however, if there arises some unforeseen difficulties while the programmers were being held because of war hostiles, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, quarantine sorts of un predictable incidents and ongoing programme’s are to be stopped wholly or partially in between, that would be understood as problems going out of control of the company that in such circumstances, the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest, likewise, if any of the programme’s are to be withdrawn or shortened because of some unforeseen problems like change in flight schedule, delay or cancellation in flights for the guest to go to countries like Tanzania that also considered to be the problem exceeding beyond the control of the company that the company will not be able to return the payment to the guest that it received.
 
7. Reservation:

Guest willing to receive services from the company will have to collect 25% of the total cost of the programme as an advance before a month and an half and all the payment before a month with name hits of the guest, in doing so, the guest deserve services from the company in given time.

8. Payment and Fees:

Guest willing to acquire services through this companies will be eligible to receive by collecting the service charge in bank account as ……….that anyone interested to receive services form the company can sewer his/her seat since payment can be made from any of the countries of the world.

Finally,Kilimanjaro Trekking Mate  wants to make sure if any of the guest makes up the mind to visit Tanzania and participate in any of the tourist programme in accepting the invitation, the companies are prepared physically and mentally to organize and conduct any of the programme the guest wants to receive in the company will try its lest to make the trip exciting and memorable, the companies lays its heartily invitation to all of the guest hereby in requesting to accept the invitation and offer at least a chance to serve.
